The FCCB Defaulting Debtors' Databank provides information on proven debts to third parties - such as court orders and return to drawer cheques. This information is collected on a daily basis by physical and legal entities that are connected to the Databank. Entities include banks, financial institutions, and telecommunications companies.

The FCCB Defaulting Debtors Enhanced Report includes all information provided in a Defaulting Debtors Report, as well as the following:

• In relation to an Individual: A list of companies the consumer is linked to either through Directorship or as Company Shareholder.

• In relation to a Company: Detailed information regarding the Company Tree - Whether it is the Parent or Subsidiary Company, and whether the Company is connected to other Companies.
